Principal Dentist

Mahesh first became an Electronic Engineer in 1993 and then went on to study dentistry in 1995. He qualified from the prestigious Guys Hospital in London Bridge in the year 2000.

He has worked in general dental practice since then. He is very passionate about Smile makeovers and has performed many in his 25 years as a general dentist. His special interest is to perform life changing dental treatment. His aim is to provide pain free dentistry, efficiently, professionally and with speed, thus reducing chair time. His main line of work now involves dental implant surgery to replace missing teeth and also to replace ill-fitting dentures. Away from dentistry.

Preeyam is joint Principal of Inspire Dental Care with Mahesh. She also qualified from Guys Hospital and qualified in the year 2000. Preeyam has a special interest in Periodontal treatment and Pain management. She is very kind and compassionate person and is particularly good with anxious patients and especially children. In her spare time she enjoys looking after her two children and going to the gym.

Rajiv graduated from King's College London in 2008 and comes with a wealth of experience in general, cosmetic, and community dentistry.

His career to date includes:

• Special interest in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry. He has completed two separate 1-year post-graduate certificate programmes in these fields.
• Accredited Comprehensive provider of the clear brace system, Invisalign, with over 10 years experience.
• Special interest in Composite Bonding and Veneers.
• Currently undertaking a Diploma in Facial Aesthetics.
• Post-graduate Certificate in Dental Education.

Rajiv loves the variety of work in general practice and does his utmost to ensure that visits are positive, relaxed, and comfortable as possible. Because of this, he has developed a large and loyal group of patients here at Inspire Dental Care.

His practice encompasses both NHS and private dentistry, with a particular focus and enthusiasm for aesthetic dentistry, including procedures such as composite (white) fillings, porcelain veneers, crowns, and bridges. Additionally, he is a certified Invisalign provider, offering clear aligners as an alternative to traditional fixed braces for teeth straightening.

With a naturally calming and affable demeanor, Dr. Nikunj effortlessly puts his patients at ease, nurturing a strong bond of trust with each one.

Dr Emanuele Clozza was born in Italy and studied at the University of Trieste, where he earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery qualification. He then moved to the United States to continue his post-graduate education at the prestigious New York University, where he completed a one-year International Dentists in Comprehensive Dentistry Advanced Programme and a three-year Periodontics Advanced Education Programme.

He has presented at international dental conferences and has been published in more than 20 articles for peer-reviewed dental journals. He also served for twelve journals as a scientific reviewer. His primary areas of interest are the Full mouth Implant Restorations, All-on-X or “Teeth in a Day” treatment. He has placed and restored more than 13,000 implants.

Keval is our resident Endodontist. His expertise allows him to deal with teeth that have complex endodontic (root canal related) problems, meaning he can save teeth that may otherwise need to be extracted. He has extensive experience in providing root canal treatment and retreatment, apical surgery and dealing with traumatic injuries to the teeth. His compassionate approach ensures an excellent patient experience.

After graduating from the prestigious University of Bristol in 2005, Keval went on to complete the Royal College of Surgeons (England) Membership examinations in 2007. Kewal is one of the few dentists to be awarded a specialist training position in endodontics at Guy’s and King’s College Dental Institute where he successfully completed 4 years of advance training and passed all examinations with distinction. He was also awarded the Membership in Endodontics by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, which is recognised as the highest qualification in the field.

He currently divides his time between King’s College London (as a clinical teacher on the undergraduate and postgraduate endodontic programmes) and private referral practices.

Monal splits her time working in specialist practice between Hampshire and London and is involved in the treatment complex gum disease cases using the most up to date evidence-based techniques. She has a friendly, gentle and caring approach and strives to deliver the highest standards of patient care at all times. In her free time Monal enjoys cooking, travelling and yoga.

Oral Surgeon

BDS from Kings College London

Dr Tarun Nagpal is a specialist Oral Surgeon working in hospital and in private dental practices. He currently works across London, Surrey, Kent & Oxford providing Oral surgery and sedation services for anxious patients.

He prides himself on providing patient centred-care with an empathetic approach. He believes open and honest communication is the key to dental care and that this allows patients to be at ease in the dental chair. He is a keen advocate for reducing anxiety as a barrier to patients receiving dental care in general practice.

Dr Nagpal received his BDS from Kings College London and worked as a dentist in Surrey. He has worked within the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for over 8 years across London and the south east gaining his current skill set and his sedation accreditation.

Dr Nagpal has a keen interest in postgraduate education to further his knowledge. He is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh and the London regional representative for BAOS (British Association of Oral Surgeons). He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Primary Dental Care as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Education.

Dr Nagpal performs a range of oral surgery procedures in a general dental practice setting including wisdom tooth removal, surgical tooth extractions, soft tissue surgery, functional botulinum toxin, dental implant placement and more.
He is a member of several societies that allow him to maintain his practice to the current gold standards. These include SAAD (Sedation in Dentistry), BAOS (British Association of Oral Surgeons), BDA (British Dental Association) and ISDAM (International Society for Dental Anxiety Management).

Neha qualified from the University of Bristol with BDS in 2011. She returned to London to complete her vocational training, and then worked in various hospitals including Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, Homerton Hospital, and the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, gaining experience in oral surgery, restorative dentistry, oral medicine, and oral and maxillofacial surgery. Simultaneously she completed her PG Certificate in clinical education at King’s College London and has always enjoyed teaching others. She was appointed as an SpR and academic clinical fellow in oral surgery at the Royal London Hospital and Institute of Dentistry, Queen Mary’s University of London. Neha has several publications and has presented at international meetings across the globe. She enjoys being innovative and is always seeking ways to improve things.

Since completing her specialist training Neha is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons England, and enjoys working in various hospitals across London and local dental practices.

She is the course organiser for the undergraduate Sedation and Special Care dentistry course and supervises undergraduate and postgraduate MSc students in Sedation and Special Care dentistry clinically. She also carries out research related to sedation and special care dentistry and supervise postgraduate students through their research projects.

She is on the teaching faculty for SAAD (Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry) and has been lecturing for SAAD for 10 years. She also teaches postgraduate courses on both basic and advanced conscious sedation to dentists and dental care professionals.

Archna is our very experienced hygienist. She trained in the British dental army corporation in Aldershot in 1992. She is a member of the British dental hygiene and therapy. Member of the British Dental hygienist association(BDHA).

Archna has a gentle effective approach in practicing treatment with an emphasis on patient education and prevention.

She works with both general hygiene patients and specialist periodontal and implant care patients. She can also carry out tooth whitening treatments.

Shabbar is known for his professional and compassionate approach when interacting with patients. He finds fulfillment in assisting dentists during treatments and has the ability to build strong connections with individuals, including children and those with special needs. Furthermore, his teamwork skills are exemplary.

Over the course of his 12-year tenure at Inspire Dental Care in Rickmansworth he has made significant strides in enhancing his skills. His contributions to the team are highly valued, and he has taken on the role of assistant manager alongside Mahesh and Preeyam.

Corina stands out as an exceptional dental nurse! Her wealth of experience, gentle disposition, and eagerness to assist both patients and clinicians make her an invaluable asset to the practice. Professionals like Corina are pivotal in establishing a comfortable and efficient environment for patients while upholding the highest standards of care. Her unique combination of expertise and compassionate nature undoubtedly contributes positively to the overall patient experience within our practice.
