Teeth Whitening
What is teeth whitening
As we get older, teeth naturally become darker. Certain food and drinks such as tea, coffee and spicy curries all make teeth darker, so too can some illnesses, trauma and smoking, which is the worst offender of all.

About Teeth Whitening ?
How long does professional teeth whitening last for?
Teeth whitening will last between a few months and a few years. You can help prolong the longevity of your treatment by taking good care of your teeth. Maintain a good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day and flossing once a day. Regularly see your dental hygienist and try to limit the consumption of dark-coloured foods and drinks. If you’re a smoker try to give up as this will greatly reduce the longevity of your teeth whitening.
Does teeth whitening hurt?
How often can I whiten teeth?
You can top up your teeth whitening treatment every 3 months to a year. This will keep your teeth as white as possible for as long as possible.
