Step One - Free Consultation
At your free consultation in Rickmansworth, we will begin by asking what you would like to change about your teeth. We will assess your teeth and gums and determine exactly where your missing teeth are in your mouth.

Step Four – Healing Process
Your mouth and gums may feel sore immediately after dental implant surgery, but this can be managed with paracetamol, and rest assured you will feel better in a day or two.
We wait for a period of between 3 and 6 months for the dental implant to integrate with your jawbone. This process is called osseointegration and is vital to ensure the success and longevity of your dental implants.
Step Five – Fitting of your Bespoke Restoration
After the healing period of 3-6 months our laboratory will make a bespoke implant crown or bridge to fit your implants with precision and we will choose the best shade match that is possible, but an exact match is never possible but we do try to get the closest possible colour match.
